This product is made from high quality, organic Essential oils in an Almond oil base. Essential oils are extracted from the flowers, stems, leaves, seeds, roots and bark of plants. These oils fight off disease and insects for the plant. Using these oils result in a pleasant smelling, safe and effective way to REPEL fleas and ticks from your dog. Our products do not contain ANY harsh chemicals or pesticides; or pennyroyal and citronella, which can potentially be harmful to your dog.
This product is very effective for keeping fleas off of your dog, but because it doesn't contain pesticides it won't kill fleas. If your dog already has fleas, we have found a multi-line of defense is more effective when using natural products: First shampoo your dog, then use the oil and flea spray along with lavender powder on their bedding and furniture. (Our sample kits contain all the products needed to help get rid of fleas and keep them off.)
This product is simple to use, just place 1 or 2 drops (depending on weight) on the skin between the shoulder blades and on the lower back, once a week. A dosage chart is included, so one bottle will conveniently work for all size dogs, no need to buy a different package for different sizes. This small 1/8 0z. bottle will last at least 6 months for a medium size dog, (longer for smaller dogs, less for larger). We also have 1/4 oz. size bottles for people with several dogs.
Warning: Do NOT Use On Cats! Cats cannot tolerate or metabolize essential oils. The use of them can result in serious injury or death. We have flea control products that are oil free and safe for cats.

Fleas are an extremely common parasite among dogs and cats.
